health concerns so that all issues are brought up with the physician
at the encounter. This allows us to be sure that everything is
covered. Every patient is strongly encouraged to go the the web site
and take the short survey about their own health at least once a year.
Dr. Schuermann has plans to link the web site directly to your
electronic chart in the near future.
